Mr W Irving Bishop famed anti Spiritist and mind reader brings his light wand to the Opera House for Monday and Tuesday shows. He showcases tests of renowned mediums with endorsements from the New York Times World and Boston Herald. Also promotes Hostetter's Stomach Bitters as a remedy for rheumatism and gout, claiming benefits for digestion and cleansing the blood.

Fragrant Hackmetack perfume remains available through Emmett and Burrell shop as a popular scent. The product is marketed in period style for personal use and novelty gifting.
A broad claim that many Americans suffer from dyspepsia and liver disorders is followed by promotion of Green's August Flower. The ad asserts speedy relief and high trial success, noting millions of bottles distributed and a 10 cent sample offer. It lists druggists on the Western Continent and Swarts & Stocking as sellers.

Emmert and Burrell of Freeport advertise a free trial bottle of Dr. Rixa's New Discovery for coughs colds asthma bronchitis consumption and throat lung affections. They claim over one million bottles used last year with high satisfaction and offer a regular bottle for one dollar.
