The council met in regular session with all aldermen present and Mayor Younger presiding. Minutes of Sept 6 were approved and printed. Petitions on sidewalks and street crossing referred to committees. Electric light at Stearns and Walnut referred. Various claims, reports, and bills discussed and approved. Revenue, expenditures, and city services detailed. bids for bonds discussed and ordinances adopted including tax levy and city electrician. Licenses granted for liquor sales. council adjourned.
