Shootings at Coeur d Alene theatre wound three

Spokane, Nov. 2. In a front of the Coeur d Alene theatre a shooting affray left Johnny Bull, an old-time gambler, shot three times and likely fatally wounded. Fiskey Barnett, theatre manager, had a finger shot off and his face burned, and his wife Ida Clayton was shot through the shoulder.

Four Belle Fourche bank robbers escape jail with prisoner

In Deadwood South Dakota four members of the Curry gang overpowered the jailer and his wife and fled with William Moore, a negro murderer, into the hills. The desperadoes had been captured recently in Montana after a fierce gun battle. In New York Fred Titus heads to Chicago to race Jimmy Michael at the Coliseum on November 18, a twenty five mile paced event with fifty pacers.

Private Bank Robbery at Burlington Vault

The private bank of R. G. Baxter in Burlington Ontario was broken into and the vault wrecked by dynamite early yesterday morning. About $2,000 was taken.
