A four story brownstone at 1149 West 23rd Street burned after 4 AM killing Mrs Catherine Mossway and her daughter Beatrice Mossway the latter suffocated in her room. Otto Kep ling, 18, was killed while racing a train on the Irondequot Bay railroad in Rochester Sunday. His bicycle pedal caught on a car step, throwing him under the wheels. The tragedy occurred as he rode beside the moving train.
