In 1904 05 no license areas enrolled 67 925 children age 5 to 15 with 65 18 percent attendance, while license cities had 150 502 enrollments at 72 percent. High school attendance favors no license: 47 out of 100 avoid further schooling in license cities, prompting concerns over early work and poverty.
