Pittsburg July 29 The true uniformity conference of coal operators concluded after a two day session adopting a 21 section agreement. A nine member uniformity commission will enforce the terms and collect a 10 cent per ton penalty on violators. Signatures from 95 percent of operators by January 1, 1898 required for the measure to take effect.
