Traffic will not harm the Sioux City Line, and a future Union Pacific arrangement may occur. Henry R. Williams is slated to become general manager, succeeding W. G. Collins who retires February 1 to explore lumber ventures while W. J. Underwood and C. A. Goodnow advance with promotions on the St Paul line.
