Drowned Boys in Pecatonica River Inquest Held

Stearns County coroner conducted an inquest Monday on the bodies of Willie Tregary and Walter Lindsay, two youths who drowned in the Pecatonica River Monday afternoon. Walter Lindsay’s body was recovered about 2 pm. Both families lived on Stearns Street. Funeral services were held that afternoon with Dr Jenkins and Rev W C DeWitt officiating. Mrs Adam Miller, an elderly resident, is noted for proudly carrying a gold headed cane given at Christmas by relatives.
