The divorce case of Waldo H Stearns against Mrs Jere mia Stearns sister of Blanche Chese brough Molineux Scott is expected to be entered as settled when called today in Newport courts. Incidents from the Rol and B Molineaux trial were seen at the Stearns villa in Jamestown where the couple visited. Mrs Stearns two decades younger petitioned for divorce on non support but the hearing never occurred. Last spring Mr Stearns and his wife filed for divorce on desertion and a statutory offense.
