Injunction Restraining Strikers in Chicago Rail Work

Special Federal Judge Kohlsaat issued an injunction to the Employers' association prohibiting interference with wagons and business operations. General Lee Stricken On Train to Washington

General Fitzhugh Lee was stricken with apoplexy while en route from Boston to Washington. He was taken off at Harlem River and transported to Providence Hospital in Washington where he remained conscious and able to converse with friends. No deterioration followed the initial stroke.
