The House committee on foreign affairs met this morning and ordered the doors bolted and no cards to be taken to members. The session is believed stormy as Wednesday had been set for consideration of the army reorganization.
Exot Ilinois April 3 The First Congregational church hosted a large mass meeting urging a curfew ordinance to keep youths under 16 off streets after 9 pm in winter and 8 pm in summer and an anti cigarette ordinance aligned with state law. W C T U members signed petitions and plan to present the measures to the city council.
