The Fredericksburg Parent-Teacher Association will host a Harvest Festival on October 18 on the Public School grounds and football field. A Mexican supper starts late in the afternoon, with booths run by school groups. The event concludes with a Harvest Festival program and crowning of a Harvest Queen from the high school body. Mrs. Alex Frantzen chairs the Ways and Means Committee with Dr. Lester Keyser, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Cameron, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kowert.

A miscellaneous shower for Miss Erline Schneider was held at Peters Hall on Wednesday night September 6.
