The Kendall County Fair features the Comfort Bronchos and Fredericksburg Giants on Sunday afternoon with fans invited. Saturday afternoon hosts Boerne versus Bandera as part of the 2006 schedule.
Kerrville Athletics and Giants battled fourteen innings before darkness forced a called game. Henke matched veteran Bunger, with neither side scoring earned runs as errors favored the Athletics early. Reichenau and Probst starred in the field. In the Western District of Texas a petition for discharge was filed by Waldemar Klier of Stonewall Gillespie County Texas. The hearing before Judge O W Sandstrom referee is set for October 7 1925 at 10 a m in Austin to show cause why discharge should not be granted. Dated August 25 1925.
Roscoe Carl a former minister and klan official faces federal charges for embezzling klan funds and conspiring with Miss Margaret Roberts of Trenton to violate the Mann Act. Ziegler, arrested in El Paso for embezzlement, returned to Milford Pa home. Roberts whereabouts unclear.
Notice of sale issued by the Gillespie County District Court under an 1925 judgment. Sheriff Alfred Klaerner will auction Lots 20–24 in Block 1 Schultz Garden Addition Fredericksburg at the courthouse on the first Tuesday of October between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM for cash.
