CTEC to receive power under new 20 year LCRA contract
The Central Texas Electric Cooperative will get wholesale power from LCRA under a 20 year deal. Rates rise in 1965 or 1966 by 1 mill per kWh, then again on July 1 1972 with potential future increases. The agreement includes a possible 10 year cancellation option by June 30 1969.
