A Houston fireman, R. L. Hendricks, 22, was electrocuted when a live wire wrapped around his neck during a blaze at 3252 Reeves Street. Firemen freed him, pulmotors used, but he died at Methodist Hospital after more than an hour of treatment. two residences damaged and losses exceed $7,000.

Verdict Reaches Four Years and Eleven Months In Enderle Case
The jury found Louis Enderle guilty of the murder of H. L. Whitehead, a local blacksmith, in this city about eight months ago. Enderle was reportedly 16 at the time of the dispute between his father Emil Enderle and Whitehead. Emil is now serving a penitentiary sentence from the previous term.
