Peruvians Visit Here On Sunday Tour Stops In Fredericksburg
One hundred Peruvians including 80 students and 20 government officials visit Fredericksburg on a two week Texas tour. The group includes Peru’s Minister of War and Commander In Chief of the Army and the Minister of Aerospace along with other officials. The Gillespie County Farm Bureau marks February 8 to 13 as Farm Bureau Membership Week with a local enrollment drive as Texas aims to reach 100000 members by October 31. County Judge Victor Sagebiel signed the proclamation praising farming progress and Farm Bureau’s non governmental role. Governor Connally had proclaimed the same period statewide.
