A couple hitchhiking west of Fredericksburg on U S Highway 290 near Kimble County welcomed a stillborn child at daybreak under a bridge on Christmas Day. Mrs. I C Myers, 23, suffered burns and exposure, later developing pneumonia. The parents, en route from Phoenix to Aransas Pass, sought shelter after a cold night.
