Couple Plans February Rites for Crowley Baethge Nuptials
Mr and Mrs Ray Francis Crowley announce the engagement of their daughter Carolyn Rae to Stanley Wayne Baethge son of Mr and Mrs Henry George Baethge. A February 26 wedding is planned. Carolyn Rae attended Kirkwood College Cedar Rapids Iowa and works for the Texas Department of Agriculture. Stanley Wayne Baethge attended the University of Houston and serves in the U S Air Force at Bergstrom Air Force Base. He is grandson of Mr and Mrs Henry Bulledhge of Doss and Mrs Hedwig Filter.

Wahrmund earns top academic honor at San Antonio college
Miss Maureen Wahrmund, Fredericksburg High School graduate, is named Outstanding Academic Student of 1971 at Community College in San Antonio. The faculty selection also awards her a best Christmas poster in the religious category. She is majoring in Computer Programming. the announcement came at the college Christmas Pageant and dance at the San Antonio Convention Center on December 15.
