In Alice Texas on a Saturday a dilapidated car drove through Main Street with two deer strapped to the fenders. A game warden stopped the vehicle north of town and the driver claimed the deer were killed as they crossed the Valley Highway. The hides showed no gunshot, and the driver protested the meat seizure.
