Frederick Herald subscription terms and policy notice
Printed notice states the Frederick Herald is published every Saturday at two dollars per year paid in advance or seven dollars fifty cents for the year if not paid. Subscriptions shorter than six months are not accepted and arrearages must be paid before discontinuation. Ads up to a square run four times for one dollar with ninety five cents for each additional insertion. Communications by mail must be postpaid.
