Retiree volunteers at Frederick Rescue Mission earns honor
Katherine Dell left TBM to pursue retirement but instead became a steadfast volunteer at the Frederick Rescue Mission. After three years she earned volunteer of the quarter and was offered a public relations director post. She also mobilized church support at Montgomery United Methodist in Damascus, raising funds for the food pantry and coordinating soup nights, meals, and Christmas gifts for residents.
