Custom lipsticks blend to fit color and finish needs
Suzanne Ottinger of PariSpa Frederick offers a five minute custom lipstick process blending three units of color for regular or two for sheer. Clients choose color, finish, and additives like moisturizer and fragrance. The creme base uses jojoba oils, and two tone frosts or vampy blends are possible, with duplicates saved for repeat orders. Each lipstick costs 15 dollars, two for 30.
