Banner students enjoy Costa Rica trip highlights and adventures
Banner Elementary seventh and eighth graders spent eight days in Costa Rica with two teachers and a parent. They rafted on a river, hiked to a waterfall, rode a zip line, visited hot springs near a volcano, saw a cloud forest, climbed a 110 foot tree, and rappeled 90 feet. The group toured, prayed, memorized Bible verses, built a bonfire, and sampled rice and beans while meeting friendly locals.
