Patton Says Board Seeks Nickel Boost for Schools
Patton states the Macon Board of Education still seeks a five cent nickel increase to operate schools in 1957 58. Chair Erwin Patt says the board will keep trying hoping a county boost can cover the nickel not yet granted.
