Former Custom To Be Instituted Again This Year
Preparations are under way for the first after the war Hallowe en Frolic of Franklin college to be held in the college gymnasium Friday evening Oct 31. At a regular faculty meeting President Goodell was empowered to appoint a committee to cooperate with a student body committee in staging the annual event. The faculty committee includes Prof Roberts chairman Prof Heath and Miss Reuter. Representatives from the journal have been chosen as daily frolic hosts. The Frolic, established some years ago, has become a traditional function of the college year. It was held in 1947 despite war conditions. Last year due to the S A S C and conditions it could not be held. The program will vary from past years though traditional forms will be followed with stunts by the four classes and it is expected to be a highlight of the program.
