Caps and Gowns at Franklin Plan Events and Contests
The Seniors wore caps and gowns Friday as campus activities included visits from Will Burton and Mrs. Mary Hall Shelby. The Oratorical contest will be Feb 12 in Indianapolis with Howard Whitcomb representing Franklin. A mass meeting sought to defeat a bill taxing fraternity and sorority chapter homes. LeRoy Beam distributed association tickets for college members.
