Dr Beyl PhD secured as head of the Department of Psychology and Education at Franklin College. He brings Indiana ties and extensive teaching and leadership experience from Borden Institute Grand Island College Nebraska Central College and Perla Iowa. The summer program runs May 10 to July 30 with Beyl as manager and active teaching force.
