TER'S RETREAT CONFERENCE AIMS AT INFLUENCE AND SUPPORT
Last week at The Retreat ministers from Indiana met for a conference featuring A. B. Strickland H. N. Spear D. G. Dunkin and others presenting talks on brotherhood and theology. Dr S Gardner of Louisville delivered a clear conception of God and Jesus Christ. Organizers raised 200 for a future conference and praised Franklin College as a source of inspiration and service for ministers and laypeople alike.

They felt entertaining four hundred boys was too large a task this year due to time constraints and required free meals and lodging, though they hope to bring the event to Franklin next year.
