Assessors Meet With School Officials Over Tax Valuations
Will County officials told Frankfort township School Districts 1570 159 161 and 210 that higher valuations are unlikely for at least two years. County assessor Donald Clabde cited economy driven changes and board of review adjustments that reduced Frankfort township valuations by about 1.5 million. He noted last year’s figures should guide 1977 budgets and blamed computation errors for earlier increases.
