Foster parent and ward arrested in Frankfort burglary
Frankfort foster parent Jerald Schuberth and James Sutton were arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit burglary theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in a case tied to about 5000 dollars in antiques stolen from the Alan Heatherwick residence. A 16 year old ward and other teens were also taken into custody. one ward confessed.
