Gas City Inc proposes a 23.6 acre general business district development at Route 45 and 191st Street with 11 lots. A restaurant and convenience store are shown, remaining shops unnamed. Zoning shifts from C-4 to C-3 require public hearings and possible special use permits for a motel. Public hearings set for Sept 21 and 26 with August 29 work session to resolve landscaping and lighting.
