County tax levy cut by Munchenburg plan in Winamac
Auditor W. E. Munchenburg's estimate of the county tax levy was adopted by the county council on Tuesday. The county rate drops about 20 cents per $100 from last year, with 1912 and 113 levies set at 82.15 and 62.9 cents respectively. State levy rises from 31.85 to 40.1 cents, totaling 103 cents for state and county this year, down from 114 last year.
