Jacob Myers former elevator company president and Francesville resident died last Wednesday evening at 5 30 at his daughter Mrs William Hubbard home He was born November 16 1841 in Onedin county New York and lived in Morris Grundy Illinois before moving to Francesville in 1893 He leaves four sons one daughter twenty-one grandchildren two brothers and many relatives Funeral was held Saturday at the residence with Rev Fitch officiating and six grandsons as pallbearers Burial in the cemetery east of town

Mrs George Moore Dies Suddenly in Pulaski County
Mrs George Moore, born September 26 1859 in Wayne County Indiana, died Saturday morning after a brief illness. She married George Moore on July 31 1881 and had three daughters Stella Heltzel Alta Drake and Elsie Bailey. The family moved to Pulaski County in 1892 and she was a member of the Christian Church. Funeral services were held Tuesday officiated by Rev Fitch with burial in Nauvoo Cemetery.
