Drug trust barred by perpetual federal injunction in Indiana
In Indianapolis on May 9 a federal court injunction barred ninety-two officers and firms linked to the National Association of Retail Druggists and allied groups from price fixing, blacklisting dealers, or restricting trade. The decree voids all related contracts and orders recall lists and schedules, bans publication of blacklists, and enjoins direct and wholesale contract proprietors from enforcing or adopting sales plans. William D. Freeman’s suit was dismissed as to him, with the government noting another case will handle him.
