Socialist Debate Highlights Clash Over Constitution and Reform

C H Taylor formerly of Baltimore and now Fort Wayne debated Rev C A Frakes of Roanoke on socialism in the county courthouse assembly room Monday night. He said progress comes from revolution and that socialism would not be oppressive, while Frakes warned cooperative ownership could halt trade and ruin business.
