A Br(is)tish reporter recounts the mutiny aboard the Caswell from Glasgow to Buenos Ayres. Greek mutineers kill captain and officers, then murder others during a brutal clash with four surviving English sailors and two cabin boys. The Caswell, captained by George Bes, sails toward Valparaiso after the killings with the mutineers in command, until the Goshawk brings her to port.
In a May Saturday event before about three hundred spectators, a bull-terrier named Paddy owned by Bing Williams fought a wikdeant cat in a five to twelve minute battle.
