The Con Amore Mine Plot and a Chance Meeting
Walcott Harrison, a New York broker, rescues Miss Margaret Almore from a scheme by Black and Jenkins to swindle her over Con Amore stock. A forged letter and a fake mining rumor trap Harrison, but a forged confession collapses when Miss Almore reveals the truth and Harrison exposes the con. In the end he reveals his partner’s true tip about a real strike and seals justice with Miss Almore’s stock restored.
