In the Allen Circuit Court Indiana and delivered by the Clerk the sheriff levies on rents and profits from the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 24 township 29 north range 14 east containing 40 acres as described. If the judgment and costs remain unpaid the fee simple of the described premises will be offered for sale at the county land office door between 1 and 4 pm as the property of the defendant.
