Indianapolis April 25 Detective William J Burns was served a warrant charging complicity in the alleged kidnaping of J J McNamara secretary treasurer of the International Association of Bridge and Structural Iron Workers and three attorneys. Attorneys Drew Badorf and Ford were released on bonds of 10 000 each and Fox the chauffeur on 5 000.

Four year old Paul Swigel son of Mr and Mrs John Swigel residing on South Smith street was kicked in the race by a horse at nine o clock Tuesday morning fracturing his lower jaw in two places. The child wandered onto the commons and was found unconscious by his mother. He was taken to St Josephs hospital where Dr Rosenthal and Dr Titus wired the jaw after dressing the injury.
