The Fort Wayne health department urges a new pasteurization ordinance after uncovering tubercular dairy cows. The measure would require dairymen to pasteurize milk or have cattle tested, with officials empowered to test cattle from noncompliant producers to ensure milk safety.
A car driven by S J Danes of 1119 Hufforan street collided with another car at Yatmet and Wells, injuring Danes and passenger James with facial and head cuts. The second car occupants were Hears Bunds of 121 Wall street and John Engle of 4100 Piyus avenue. Rohde escaped with minor injuries. Both cars were traveling at high speed. In another crash Ernest Brinkman of 3346 Little street sustained severe facial and head injuries after colliding with an automobile driven by John Straws’ bridge at Lillis and Pontiac streets shortly before 11 p.m. Dr Fenner attended.
In a domestic dispute, I N Leach accuses Varrie Leach of infidelity with a visiting young soldier, claiming emotional involvement ended their marriage. He filed the complaint through Attorney Byron Hayes, seeking divorce as the court considers the case on record.
Woodburn Indiana area reports a baby girl born Monday to Mr and Mrs Pabst. Fred Hoeppner Jr and Mrs Hoeppner announce the birth of an eight pound girl Sunday. Also note League Park Sunday game Friars versus Dayton.

R. post, he was scarcely recognized by former comrades. Chief Dayton F. Abbott seeks relatives of Harry Mayo who died in Detroit in 1920 and asks anyone with knowledge to contact the police.
Sunday events include a Friar game and a horseshoe pitching tournament at Wayne Knitting Mills. Silk Mills North won the championship with Team No. 5 close behind, captains Frank Weber and Hank Helfman led their squads along with key players Ben Stork and Sigmund Belbutowski. The final match concluded a three game series for top honors.
