Harrisburg June 24 The Ramsay house bill allowing brewing and sale of beer containing 23 percent alcohol was approved by the Senate 29 to 18 in a final vote.
The notice explains genuine Bayer Tablets of Aspirin must bear the Bayer Cross and be purchased in sealed packages with directions. It warns to avoid broken tins and mentions common uses such as headache toothache and cold relief, noting the standard 12 tablet tin and price.
Rome reports the new Italian delegation to the Paris peace conference will depart by Wednesday and reach Paris in time to sign the treaty with Germany. Members include Foreign Minister Tittoni and senators Scialola Marcconi and Ferrari. deputy Guglielmi to rejoin the delegation.

He is visiting his cousin Mr Frederick Fosty of Toledo, Ohio.
W F Brabrock of 714 Webster Street learns his son RS Brabrock is at Camp Sherman awaiting discharge. A master engineer, he served since November 1917 and, while in Le Mans France on May 17, earned a General Perabing decoration for his shooting record. After discharge, he will go to Rockford Illinois to greet his wife and baby daughter unseen before.
The Allen County grand jury, in a lengthy session, subpoenaed forty more witnesses. The investigation into alleged irregularities at the county orphans home is expected to occupy most of the current session, with no completion likely before week’s end or the start of next week. Jury members named include Fred Henng Louis Ravelle Wilkes Goldsmith Jesse Wappes William Le Bacon and John C. Bisks.
George Beck through attorney Edward L. Sebold asks the court to modify divorce decrees with Grace Barone, contending she is unfit to custody Alva and Martha. He says quarrels and improper language occur in front of the children and seeks custody so they may be placed in a Christian home. The Fort Wayne Board of Review held sessions for the Second and Third wards and will hear Fourth ward taxpayers tomorrow.
Julia Noel through attorney Thomas G Moorhead sues husband Charles Noel in superior court for divorce alleging his association with other women cruelty and failure to provide. A plan to transport and assemble a plane from the courthouse square is announced with invitations to watch the work at tere heights. Lieutenant Ballard will begin assembling the craft promptly at 9:30 and a crew of volunteers will demonstrate rapid assembly. The aeroplane is not the only feature of the program.
