Police Court Fines Hit Varied Offenders In City
A string of minor crimes led to fines in city court this morning. Swain and Bowers, of General Electric, paid 27 dollars each for fishing without permission in a private pond. Lower was fined 15 dollars plus costs for carrying a loaded pistol found during an earlier Brookside lagoon arrest. Seven lottery suspects, led by Ramsey and Payno, paid fines ranging from five to ten dollars with costs. Special Judge Meyers sharply fined a driver 25 dollars for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated after a drunken crash. Everett Etune and Daria Bingham, trainclimbers, were held for investigation until July 1. Marie Henry, tied to a street raid, paid ten dollars plus costs for prostitution. Jacob Simutons was taken to Washington after the hearing.

Fugitive affidavit dismissed in Tinglington court
Prosecutor Levi A. Todd moved to dismiss the fugitive affidavit against T. T. Whlean in Tinglington city court this morning. Todd then ordered attachment against Whlean for twice failing to appear in circuit court after arrest on an unlawfully parking charge.
