Dala Hart, 26, was instantly killed at the LaGrange plant of the Indiana Electric Light and Power Co when he contacted a high voltage line carrying 8 600 volts. He was carrying bricks to masons working near the wires and apparently stumbled toward them. The incident occurred under dangerous insulated lines, with three wounds noted on his chest.
