William Budmeier known as Crip and Ben Osborne face bootlegging and operating two blind tigers charges after Sunday afternoon stakeout by Lieutenant Fisenhout and Officer Paul. Shelburn, Ind Sept 11 A stranger shot and killed Ray Orr of Sullivan while he wrote for an interurban car today. The killer fled and was pursued but escaped. Orr was a printer and unmarried and the incident marks the third member of his family to be murdered.
