Four youths sentenced for Huntington store robbery

In Huntington Indiana four men from Chicago and Seattle were sentenced to the Jeffersonville reformatory after pleading guilty to breaking into the Albert Caells store on East Market Street. They were captured shortly after the crime, with goods including cigars and groceries found on them. They said they were en route from Chicago to Seattle and offered no clear motive.

Chinese Y MLC Gains Popularity in Chicago Chinatown

In Chicago Chinatown near Wentworth Avenue and Twenty Second Street the Chinese Y MLC grows in popularity among young men. It opens a school for youths to learn American English culture and current events, with English classes, lectures, and instructors including American and Chinese students. Women Voters Open Weeklong Citizenship School at Yale
