Vanity Fair presents Miss Gertrude Coghlan as Becky Sharp in a grand five act comedy at the Masonic Temple on Monday November 18. Howard Hall leads a large company with Miss Nina Morris and a cage of wild lions in The Man Who Dared at Temple Thursday. Thomas Q. Seabrooke and Isabelle Eyerson headline A Modern Crushe next Friday. McFadden's Flats plays at the Temple next Saturday. Otis Skinner star at the Temple on the 20th in Francesca De Remini with Marela Van Dresser and Aubrey Boucqual. Miss Ethel Barrymore in Captain Jinks being announced at the town office.

Charles Boehm, described as east and rough Tider, was fined 35 and costs for raising a rough house in Christian Witte’s saloon in the east end. Boehm is labeled a troublesome figure with prior jail sentences. The Honorable Alva Merrill of Chillicothe, a Twenty fourth District member, is linked to a tale of a man who credited Dodd's Kidney Pills with saving his life after spotting Merrill's portrait in advertisements. On a train home from Springfield, the man recounted recognizing Merrill and thanked him for the medicine that kept him alive after years of ailment.

Justice Frayer found Luther Shwvnaker guilty of assaulting his wife and her sister Mrs Higuner. The drunken defendant struck the women, and when Len quad intervened he was also treated harshly. Sheriff Stout reported the incident. Squire France fined him 25 dollars and ordered jail time with further peace bond pending. An affidavit for drunkenness was filed. a separate case accuses Newton Lialue of selling liquor on Sunday.

Mrs W S Harlow of Fort Wayne endorses the remedy after relief from sick headaches and dizziness. Pills sold at 50 cents per box through Meyer Bros drug store and other Dr A W Chase Medicine Co dealers. package bears Dr A W Chase M D signature.
A Victorian era advertisement offers a $500 reward for curing liver complaints including liveritis digestion issues and constipation with Liverity. The purely vegetable pills are sold in varying box sizes and delivered by mail from Chicago firms and local retailers listed with street addresses.
Indianapolis November 11 Admiral Schley has replied to the invitation of local commercial bodies to visit the city, saying it will be impossible for him to come. He regrets his inability to accept the invitation and notes that fatigue from the court of inquiry requires a long rest.
Gov Seally of 7 Nassau Street New York endorses Railway's Pills claiming rapid relief from thermitism and dyspepsia. He reports renewed energy and elimination of drowsiness, rheumatism relief, and urges others with similar ailments to try the pills noting the liver’s function as the root issue. Dated July 26 1993.
