The youth known as Singing Kelly, a popular local singer and Red Line messenger, ran away with the Uncle Tom's Cabin company last week. The remains of Arthur Lille 31 from Kankakee Alabama arrive Wednesday at 2:00 pm for burial at Lindenwood cemetery with brief services. Also noted is the death of William Carpenter 77 of Walton Avenue, Peru bound for funeral with six children and twenty grandchildren. Carl Dubois 26 who died by suicide in Columbus Ohio arrived Fort Wayne Monday, funeral set for Wednesday at 2 pm from William Kibler residence 78 Elizabeth Street. he was a German native formerly employed as a sausage maker for Bash Packing and later at Eckart Packing.
At Plymouth church bi monthly meeting Mr B J Griswold described steel chalk and zinc plates and wood cuts used to obtain pictures for newspapers. A musical program followed with piano and vocal solos. The club's membership rose to seventy and future meetings were announced as the group plans to discuss enforc ement methods and open to men over eighteen.
A Concordia resident, a member of the Concordia lodge Odd Fellows and the Concordia Singing Society, is survived by a mother and two brothers Levis Dubois in Germany and Theo Bald Moser, city treasurer of the Bank block, plus three sisters led by Mrs. William Rhibiger of 78 Elizabeth Street.
