Alleged Trespasser Demands Jury Trial
In Columbia City Indiana Henry B Wolf faces forcible entry and detainer suit by the state on the relation of David Brown. Wolf has demanded a jury trial. The case will be heard before Justice Abram Elder starting 10 o clock Friday morning. Deputy Prosecutor Kissinger will represent the state and Attorney W E Robbin of Knox will appear for Wolf. Wolf has been expelled by the court from the premises four times previously.

In Garrett Indiana on May 1 the Athena club elected officers for the coming year.
