The lien covers Fort Wayne Fort Wayne area towns including Fort Wayne, Bluffton, Montpelier and others. Four pumping stations with pipes mains wells and related real estate are foreclosed to satisfy a $2 271 00 judgment in favor of Central Trust Company of New York against Fort Wayne Gas and the city of Fort Wayne. Settlement followed long litigation with the city of Fort Wayne.
