MEARD ARGUMENTS ON Dis CHARGE OF BLACK SOLDIERS
New York May 4 In United States district court Judge Hough in Armuenia before a wartime panel heard arguments on discharges of three companions of eye veldiers from the 9th Infantry for alleged participation in Brownsville incidents. The judge said he would require substantial proof to sustain a finding that the actions of the veterans and the government were aligned, and he took the matter under advisement to be revisited at week’s end.
